Lack of responsibility regarding delivery process (DISSATISFIED)

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility this store has shown regarding the delivery of my order. Not only was my package shipped late, but it was also held in customs in the U.S., and the store made no effort to assist in resolving the issue.

When I reached out to them for support, I was simply told that it was "out of their hands." A business should take full ownership of the delivery process and ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Ignoring the situation and failing to track shipments after dispatch is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they are now asking me to review the products—when I haven’t even received them! This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If they were truly committed to providing good service, they would stay on top of their shipments and proactively assist customers rather than leaving them to deal with issues alone.

I want to clarify that my dissatisfaction is not necessarily with the product itself, but with the store’s lack of experience in handling shipping and customer support. Because of this, I cannot recommend purchasing from them until they improve their processes and take more responsibility for their customers' orders.
